As a Naturopathic Doctor I have completed 8 years of post-secondary education. Including a Bachelor of Science degree undergraduate with premedical science prerequisites, followed by a 4 year degree program at CCNM, an accredited naturopathic medical school. In B.C., graduates must also complete two comprehensive Naturopathic Physician Licensing Examinations (after year two and four of study), as well as clinical competency assessments, and 4th year residency in order to become licensed Naturopathic Doctors. I have additionally written the prescriptive authority examination in BC. And completed training in both cosmetic and therapeutic neuromodulators and filler.
